Pismo Beach Vet Clinic was proud to be a sponsor of the 3rd Annual Golden's in the Park in San Luis Obispo . This great event not only showcased some of the areas finest Golden Retrievers but helped to raise several thousand dollars for animal charities.
We hosted a vaccine clinic the last weekend in May as part of a nationwide initiative to vaccinate dogs against the canine influenza virus, H3N8 and raise funds for NEADS/Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans.
Area pet owners participated in the fundraiser and had their dogs vaccinated at the same time. We raised several hundred dollars for NEADS - Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans!

Our Annual Pet Costume Contest was a success! We had about 15 entries and winners in six categories: Best Canine, Best Feline, Best Human/Animal Duo, Best Pet Duo, Most Original, and Best Woman Power!
All of our competitors came out in full regalia and looked amazing. We can't wait to do it again next year!
The Pismo Beach Veterinary Clinic First Annual Haunted House was a scary good time. We had a lot of great participants, lots of screams, and a few folks that had to turn back (usually a good sign!).
Thanks to your generous contributions, we raised nearly $200 for the H.E.L.P. fund. We hope to make it a tradition - see you again next year!

Pismo Beach Veterinary Clinic launches the H.E.L.P. Fund.
The HELP Fund was founded by Pismo Beach
Veterinary Clinic to assist people in limited income situations
with the care of their animal family members. Services might
include anything from physical examination to surgical procedures.
HELP is funded entirely by the donations of clients and friends
of Pismo Beach Veterinary Clinc. HELP will match owner’s funding
for their pet’s health care up to $500 on a case by
case basis and as funds allow.
Donations can be made in person or by check written out to Pismo Beach Veterinary Clinic and mailed to 990 Price Street, Pismo Beach, CA 93449.
